CO Athletic Club Grand Opening

This past week the off-site sales team worked very hard in anticipation for the grand opening of Boulder’s Colorado Athletic Club.  Event specialists Kathryn Matta and Dawn Meitz planned an exquisite event for a crowd of 800 people to showcase the stunning new facility and all it has to offer.  The event featured an array of healthy fare, including items such as mushroom bread pudding topped with truffle infused pesto and brie cheese; prosciutto wrapped arugula and fig; and fresh shrimp skewers with a peach habanero dipping sauce. 

The club is the perfect addition to our healthy, active Boulder community and has done an excellent job of bringing the outdoors in.  As the event team, A Spice of Life brought this concept of the great indoors to the look of the event, creating a natural ambience through the décor.  Our creative director designed two buffets with elements such as river rocks and moss with a clean, modern look.  Fresh fruit skewers with orange coconut dipping sauce were presented sticking out of wheat grass, and a bruschetta trio in stunning natural log bowls.  Brighter Day floral Design constructed stunning centerpieces that dotted the room on cocktail tables, and contributed birch bark arrangements with curly willow for the buffets. 

Overall, guests enjoyed an evening of food, music and celebration.  Beaming off of a successfully executed event, A Spice of Life is excited to once again showcase our style!
