This past weekend, Dan helped Oskar Blues in beautiful Lyons, Colorado kick off the Lyons Outdoor Games with a Zero Waste BBQ in Sandstone Park. With a little education and volunteers standing by the trash stations, we were able to divert 96% of the waste from the landfill! This was no small party – we estimated attendance at over 250 people!!!
