A Spice of Life is very proud to announce that we are the first area caterer to become a  PACE-certified business for our efforts in waste diversion and green business practices. Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE) is an alliance of businesses working for sustainable practices that promote business and protect the environment. All partners have achieved a diversion rate of more than 70% (percentage of waste diverted from landfills). We are constantly trying to find ways to recycle, reuse, or compost our waste. Most months, we achieve an 80% diversion rate!
