About the Cafe

Located under the grand entry ‘satellite dish’ of the unique Digital Globe headquarters, is The Dish Café and an espresso bar.  This café features a fresh salad bar, chef-driven bistro, and espresso bar.  We staff the entire kitchen, that is capable of any type of culinary experience the chef comes up with.  This allows all on-site cooking for the bistro, and any catering needs throughout the building.

You will find anything you would expect in at a classic coffee shop at The Dish Espresso Bar.  This is a separate installment from the bistro, to allows employees ‘on the run’ to grab a quick coffee and treat whenever they like.  The strategy behind the espresso bar was to provide a quick, convenient solution vs. having to grab a coffee somewhere else before coming into the office.

A fresh salad bar is an alternative option than the full-service menu of the bistro, with daily hot specials keeping everything new and fun.
