September 13th will be a very exciting night at the A Spice of Life Event Center. We’re the site of this year’s Everybody Eats! Flatiron Chef Local Food Cook-Off & Gala, an amazing event with a live cook-off featuring three talented local chefs and a plated Farm to Table dinner for the attendees as well as a “foodie auction.” 100 percent of the event’s proceeds benefit the Farmer Cultivation Center, an organization committed to cultivating a new generation of farmers. The cook-off will feature local ingredients and local wines; after the reveal of the ingredients and wines, the participating chefs will have only 45 minutes to prepare their meal and the paired wine to the 5 judges. Guests will enjoy the fresh Farm to Table dinner created by A Spice of Life Chef de Cuisine Pieter Dijkstra. Tickets are $75 per guest and are available through Everybody Eats! at their event website.
