What an honor! Spice was recognized as the Zero Waste Business Leader of the Year for Restaurants or High Organic Processors by Ecocycle for our efforts to go Zero Waste…or Pretty Darn Near! We have diverted over 240 tons of compostable materials from landfills since 2005!
