In this model, all food is prepared on site in a fully-equipped kitchen on the company’s premises. Most often, this involves a salad bar, sandwich and panini station, made to order hot entrées as well as grab and go items.
2. Bistro Style Corporate Café
This model adjusts to a medium size space, allowing for a full sandwich and soup menus prepared on site by our trained chefs, as well as a hot bar entrée and salad bar. Most of the preparation is done in our main commissary kitchen, and does not require a back-of-house kitchen.
3. Mini Bistro Corporate Café
In our smallest offering, we offer the same elements as the Bistro Cafe, with made-to-order salads.
